Shipping

We currently offer FREE SHIPPING all orders over $20.00 and a flat rate shipping on all of our orders under $20.00 of $3.99. *US only. We do ship to Canada rate is based on weight of order and will reflect in shipping section at checkout. 

We Strive to ship all orders as quickly.

Our first choice of shippers is the US Postal service, but at time may choose to use other carriers such as USP, FedEx etc. The choice of shipper is up to our discretion.

While we do our very best to make sure you get your order in the fewest possible days it may take up to 8 days for you to receive your products. This is due to distance of shipping and date of receipt of orders. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

Returns



Due to the nature of our products we currently do not accept returned items. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and that is why we have this policy.  You as a consumer would not want us to ship you product that was previously shipped to another.  This is to protect the integrity of our product and the health and satisfaction of our customers. This insures all of our customers that they are receiving the freshest products. 

If you receive a damaged item or shipment please notify us by e-mail within 5 days at spiceexchange@yahoo.com to let us know that you have received a damaged item(s).
Please do not discard the damaged items until you have emailed us and we have contacted you back.  We may ask that you e-mail or text us pictures of the damaged item(s) so that we may begin a claim again the carrier we used to ship your order.

You will be responsible for shipping cost both to and from you if you don't pick up, refuse, don't claim you order, or if you have provided and incorrect shipping address (causing the order to be returned to us) unless order is damaged. Orders returned for these reasons are refunded less actual shipping costs. Please be sure that your address is correct, is verifiable, and is deliverable via United Stated Postal Service or other carriers of our choice.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to be returned to your account from the date we have received notice and all pictures and documentation that we require.

Customer Service and Satisfaction is our number 1 mission, please contact us with any questions, comments or concerns, so that we may address and work with you  to provide answers  and/or solutions to issues that may arise.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

How long do our dips and products last?
Our products are good for at least 2 years as long as they are stored correctly. Always store in a dry & dark area.

How do you prepare our products?
Directions are listed on the back of all our products along with serving suggestions.

How much do these mixes make?
All of our sour cream dips yield 1-2 cup batch with the exception of our Garlic & Chive Dip Mixes witch yields 2-2 cup batches. Our Oil Dipper Mixes yield 2-1 cup batches. The Cinder Mixes make 1- ½ gallon batch. The Salsa Mixes make 20-25 14 oz. batches.

Do our products contain Gluten?
All of our products except our 8 SECONDS Dip Mix are gluten free.

Do our Products contain allergens?

As with most facilities we do prepare and handle items that contain allergens. We provided know allergens on each package. We list all ingredients of each mix.
